A NEW Fire Danger / Restrictions Sign has been placed along the road at the beach/clubhouse parking lot. This sign displays the current State fire danger and restrictions alert level. All members and guests on SCSC property are required to consult this sign and comply with the fire safety restrictions before starting any campfires or other outdoors fires on the club property.

NOTICE!!!
The cut wood and loose wood in the woods on the Sportsmen's Club grounds is only for use in campfires at the club. None of the wood on the club property may be removed from the club property.
If you see anyone removing wood from the club property please record the license plate number and report it to the club office.
Anyone caught taking wood off of the club property will lose their membership.


FIREARMS MAY ONLY BE USED ON THE APPROPRIATE RANGES!!!!!!
Rifles, Shotguns, Pistols, Muzzleloaders, and airguns may only be used on their appropriate/designated ranges!! Use of any firearm in any area of the club other than the appropriate range is cause for immediate termination of your membership!!! Anyone witnessing someone firing a firearm at an inappropriate area of the club should report it immediately to a Director or CareTaker.

Monthly First Friday Happy Hour covered dish dinner. The club will be providing the main course of Hot Roast Pork. You just need to bring an appetizer, side dish or desert and your appetite.

A Range Safety Class is being held this Saturday at 11:00am for any members that do not have their Range Badge or want a refresher. Space is limited please call and pre-register through the office @ 856-299-5588

Forestry committee Work Party. We will meet at the Club House for coffee and donuts and to discuss the work to be done. We will finish up our activities about 12 noon with a light lunch served at the Club House. All members are welcome. We will be clearing brush, removing undesirable trees and brush from our forest. This is medium heavy work, so bring your gloves, warm outdoor gear and any tools suitable this type of work. Monthly Meeting of the Salem County Chapter of the NJ State Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs. Hunters, fishermen, trappers and outdoors lovers.
This is your chance to hear what's happening in Fish and Wildlife in New Jersey and provide feedback on hunting, fishing, trapping and wildlife in New Jersey. The meeting is held in the Salem County Sportsmen's Club Clubhouse and begins at 7:00pm. All are welcome.

Annual Children's Christmas Party. Santa arrives promptly at 1:30pm so get to the club by 1:00pm. Bring a gender and age appropriate gift matching the gender and ages of the children you are bringing valued at $10.00 or less. Each child gets to sit on Santa's lap and deliver their Christmas wish list to him personally. Member children and grand-children are welcome to attend. Hot Dogs, Cookies, snacks and drinks are provided by the Club.

$35.00 per person gets 2 glasses of wine, Champagne toast, Dinner and dancing.
On the menu for the night are Prime Rib, Turkey, Baked Potato, Veggies and Desserts

Clubhouse De-Decorating Party. Come out to help take down the Christmas Decorations in the clubhouse with other members. De-decorating begins at 3:00pm immediately followed by a covered dish dinner. The club provides the meat main dish and the attendees bring a side dishes. Come on out an help prepare the clubhouse for the Christmas Season. All members are encouraged to come out, young, mature (aka seniors) and families.
