The clubhouse, polebarn and picinic grove are available for rental to club members only.  Please note that all groups of 15 or more, even if all 15 are members , MUST rent one of the areas listed below.  The Club will schedule events up to 18 months in advance. Please try to book early.

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL

Clubhouse is available for rental by members for $300. There is also a refundable $100 Security Deposit that must be made at the time of application. Clubhouse parties can be up to 5 hours and the Clubhouse seats up to 120 guests. Please call the Club Office for more details

POLEBARN RENTAL

The Pole Barn is available for rental by members year round. Costs are:
-- 1/2 of Pole Barn (up to 100 guests) $75 plus $1 per person that attends the party (this includes other members and children)
--Whole Pole Barn (up to 200 guests) $150 plus $1 per person that attends the party (this includes other members and children)

**There is also a $50 refundable clean-up deposit due at the time of application**

The Picnic Grove is avaiable for rental by members year round. The cost is $50 plus $1 per person that attends the party (this includes other members and children).
